The Eye Spot Rasbora (Brevibora dorsiocellata) is a tiny, peaceful freshwater nano fish prized for its unique coloration and small size. It features a shimmering body with a distinct black eyespot on its dorsal fin, which gives the species its name. Native to the calm, tannin-rich waters of Southeast Asia, these fish thrive in soft, acidic conditions and do especially well in heavily planted aquariums or blackwater setups.

Ideal for nano aquariums or community tanks with other gentle species, Eye Spot Rasboras are active swimmers that are best kept in groups of 6 or more to promote natural schooling behavior.
