Brian and Crystal: A Splash of Destiny
Brian’s love affair with aquariums began in his early youth, but it wasn’t until fate introduced him to Crystal in 1999 that the real magic happened. Crystal, having grown up surrounded by tanks (thanks to her fish-loving grandfather who shared his passion with all his kids and grandkids), brought her own passion to the mix. Together, they created a symphony of bubbles, colors, and underwater dreams.
The Aquarium Blossom
When Brian and Crystal welcomed their children into the world in 2007, something extraordinary happened. Brian would perch himself in front of the dozens of tanks he had, cradling the babies in his arms. He would spend hours there with the babies their giggles echoed alongside the gentle swaying of aquatic plants. The fish – oh, those quirky little characters – became part of the family too. And guess what? He did this so often that our children’s first words weren’t “mom” or “dad”; they were “fish”!
In Loving Memory of Jim
When Jim, our beloved family member, passed away 2018, We knew we had a mission to complete. We wanted to honor Jim by sharing our fishy love with others after all he’s the one who started this passion of fish with Brian in the first place. With over 30 years of hobby experience, it was time to open Maritime Fins – a place where passion meets purpose.
